**About the Opportunity**

The Regional Finance Manager - Indochina will lead the regional finance function which provides reporting, compliance and business intelligence to Discova Global at a sustainable cost, consistently delivers financial support for business leaders to help drive sustainable growth and probability.

**Responsibilities**
- Offer ideas and initiatives to the business to enhance results and productivity
- Collaborate and share expertise with the business to ensure all their reporting needs are met
- Assist Business Leaders with business planning, budgeting & forecasting and business review
- Monitors business performance
- Lead and review the regional financial and management reporting
- Assess and communicate risk control, compliance and mitigation prevention as required
- As the SME business partner to lead, co-ordinates, monitor and participating in various finance projects in the business
- Ensure adherence to Group’s reporting requirements & timelines
- Prepare insightful analysis of actual results vs. budget and prior year for the region
- Manage Regional finance cost budget
- Compliant to all financial regulations and legislation throughout the region
- Actively looking for opportunities to enhance business performance and cost saving initiatives
- Review, develop and implement processes which can enhance the operational and financial/accounting efficiencies
- Resolve any financial reporting issues resulting from the implementation of ERP system
