**Responsibilities**:

- Manage campaign end to end process to ensure communications are sent to the right customers at the right time with the right offer and right communication channel
- Ensure campaigns are run within approved Campaign Framework
- Enhance campaign process to fasten turn around time on campaign delivery within accepted risk and control level
- Gathers historical data from campaign activities to conduct analysis on campaign performance and provide well-reasoned recommendations to amplify/modify campaigns to achieve campaign target and meet financial plan
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies

**Job Requirements**

**_Mandatory _**
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members, good interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels is required. Demonstrate sound project management and/or leadership skills
- Strong knowledge and ability to use SAS, SQL, Excel VBA, and other tools to support analytical methods, database management, and communication of results
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of business statistics, mathematical and data modeling processes
- Organized and possess excellent quantitative, analytical skills
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

- Analytical Tools: MS-SQL/Jupyter Notebook
- Data design and management
- Power BI/Qlik
