**What you will be responsible for**:

- Analyze data to help stakeholders solve complex problems (eg: cross sale, retention, churn prevention, segment user, improve product funnel...)
- Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, product teams) and our partners to gather business requirements for data.
- Define technical specifications for databases to meet business requirements.
- Define key metrics and analyses data to help stakeholders solve complex problems (eg: commercial reports to merchants, proving campaign effectiveness, cross sale, retention, churn prevention, user segmentation,)
- Develop reporting dashboards to support brands in tracking business metrics effectively.
- Work with partner brands to conduct complex data analysis and drive business insights.
- Cooperate with relevant IT teams to deploy data-related infrastructure, platforms and tools.
- Review and validate data as it is collected to ensure integrity of data captured.
- Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data.
- Create or discover new data collection, analytics, visualization, and modelling program

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**You will have the following skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or similar positions with direct experience in data analysis.
- Problem solving, storytelling with Data, growth hacking mindset.
- Strong understanding of different types of databases and their relevant use cases.
- Familiar with python or others programing language is a big plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity and just-do-it attitude.
- Ability to communicate complex business insights and influence others to drive results.
