**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Phụ trách phân tích sản phẩm và set up quảng cáo đa nền tảng ở các khu vực Đông Nam Á;
- Phân tích số liệu kết quả campaign quảng cáo, xác định và tổng hợp các vấn đề, đưa ra các phương án tối ưu kịp thời. Thực hiện mục tiêu tối ưu chi phí và cải thiện lợi tức đầu tư của quảng cáo;
- Trực tiếp lên ý tưởng về content và creative cho các campaign quảng cáo, phối hợp với đội ngũ thiết kế để hoàn thành ấn phẩm quảng cáo, theo dõi và phân tích hiệu quả của các creative nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất tổng thể;
- Cập nhật liên tục và kịp thời các chính sách và cơ chế quảng cáo của từng nền tảng nhằm đưa ra các đề xuất để cải thiện chiến lược quảng cáo;
- Theo dõi các xu hướng và tin tức thị trường cùng ngành, các báo cáo phân tích đối thủ cạnh tranh, mở rộng thêm các nền tảng và hình thức quảng cáo

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên;
- Có kinh nghiệm chạy mobile app hoặc kinh nghiệm chạy ở các thị trường Đông Nam Á;
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở các agency quảng cáo;
- Có kinh nghiệm lên ý tưởng creative cho các banner hoặc video quảng cáo
- Thành thạo các nền tảng quảng cáo phổ biến: Google, Facebook, Tiktok, ASA/ASO;
- Có kỹ năng phân tích, nhạy bén với số liệu, hiểu rõ chất lượng và chân dung người dùng của các nền tảng quảng cáo;
- Tư duy sáng tạo, linh hoạt, khả năng xử lý vấn đề và chịu được áp lực cao;
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về Game

Lộ trình thăng tiến: 06 tháng - 01 năm trở thành trưởng nhóm (Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm 2-3 người)
