Responsibilities:
a) Quản lý nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp: huấn luyện, xem xét & phê duyệt hồ sơ đăng ký & giấy phép, kiểm tra hiện trường / Contractor, supplier management: training, review & approve registration record & permit, on site inspection

b) Dẫn đầu chương trình nhận diện mối nguy, khía cạnh môi trường & đánh giá rủi ro, tác động môi trường: đánh giá, xây dựng biện pháp kiểm soát, kiểm tra việc tuân thủ biện pháp kiểm soát/ Lead Hazard, environmental aspect Identification & Risk, environmental impact Assessment (HIRA): assessment, define control measures, check the following up control measures

c) Quản lý hóa chất: kiểm soát sự sẵn có của phiếu an toàn hóa chất, triển khai & kiểm tra việc tuân thủ các quy định quản lý hóa chất/ Chemical management: ensure the availability of MSDS, deploy & check the following up chemical management requirements

d) Hỗ trợ thực hiện báo cáo đánh giá tác động: hỗ trợ làm việc với nhà cung cấp để cập nhật, mở rộng báo cáo/ Support EIA report performance: support to work with supplier to update, expand the report

e) Quản lý chất thải: kiểm tra việc tuân thủ quy định, hỗ trợ các Bộ phận, theo dõi báo cáo chất thải/ Waste management: check the following up the requirements, support Dept., monitor waste report

f) Triển khai chương trình Thông qua máy móc thiết bị: kiểm tra, theo dõi hành động cải tiến, thông qua thiết bị trước khi đưa vào sử dụng/ Deploy the program of Machine and Equipment (MAE) release: inspection, follow up improvement actions, release MAE before operating

g) Dẫn đầu chương trình tuần tra 5S, tuần tra EHS/ Lead 5S patrol, EHS patrol

h) Hỗ trợ hoạt động ứng phó khẩn cấp/ Support emergency response activity

i) Thực hiện các yêu cầu liên quan của bộ phận/ Perform related activities of the department

Academic

Tốt nghiêp đại học các ngành liên quan như an toàn, môi trường, kỹ thuật Graduation of University, major in related fields such as Safety, Environment, Technology

Years of experience

Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm công việc an toàn, môi trường tại công ty sản xuất
At least 3 years experience at position of safety, environment member at manufacturing company

Special knowledge

Có kinh nghiệm cho các công việc như quản lý nhà thầu, nhận dạng mối nguy & đánh giá rủi ro, thông qua thiết bị
Experience of activities such as contractor management, hazard identification & risk assessment, release machine & equipment

Hiểu biết pháp luật liên quan lĩnh vực an toàn, sức khỏe, môi trường
Having knowledge of legal requirements on health, safety and environment

Thành thạo tiếng Anh: nói, viết, đọc hiểu
Use English fluently: speak, write, reading & comprehensive

Other skills
