Report to**:Distribution Manager**

**Your Roles**:

- Execute activities to maintain and improve site safety, environment, and healthcare. In order to achieve zero accidents, will act as a role model for all site employees and lead activities for safe operation. Monitor and manage EHS-related KPI (Incident, environment).
- Partly taking care and support WH Admin tasks.

**What You Should Do**:

- Compliance Management, EHS and Site Security Management
- Interface / Communication
- ISO Management (ISO14001, 45001)
- Safety Activities lead (CTSQ)
- Inventory amount management in legal requirements for DG (Toxic and Flammable)
- Participation in EHS Committee as a core member
- Safety Training conducted.
- Creation and submitting regulatory EHS reports as per Merck and VN regulation
- Conduct the safety inspection (6S, Management Walkabout, Basafe Walkabout, Gemba etc) for warehouse
- Permit management within the owned license
- Creation of incident report and register in CR360 action
- Register and manage the risk assessment findings to the risk management system in CR360.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, prefer good knowledge on EHS for chemeicals.
- Minimum 3 years in an EHS role or similar environment.
- English and MS Office are fluent.
- Join the CTSQ Safety
- Execute APAC Safety activity onsite.
- Knowledge of key EHS and Quality policies & and procedures.
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
- Class B Hazardous materials engineer
- License for internal auditor of ISO14001 and ISO45001
- License related to chemical safety, ergonomics, fall protection, respiratory protection
