Eurofins started to provide the services in Vietnam since 2015. Our main services includes Food and Feed Testing, Consumer Product Testing, Environment Services, Agricultural sciences, Inspection and Audit, Certification, DNA testing, Genetic testing before prenancy, Covid test, HPV test, Decoding gen, etc. Current legal entities in Vietnam:

- Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang
- Eurofins Consumer Product Testing
- Eurofins Assurance
- Eurofins MTS
- Eurofins Gentis
- Eurofins ETM
- Ensure requirements gathering, collect business and functional requirements in cooperation with IT and Business/Operational Departments. When applicable, make the development by himself/herself.
- Create User Requirements and Backlog Items (if required) for developers and ensure approval by relevant stakeholders before development / configuration starts (Key Account Managers, Users, Product Owner, Interfacing Application responsible);
- Groom the requirements with development team and oversee the implementation of related changes; and provide to support to Developers and QA for any requirements related queries.
- Manage the proper execution of functional test once the solution is available and ensure Solution is ready for User Testing;
- Support deployment activities for final solution to get ready for Go Live and ensure close communication/cooperation with Development Team in the next steps;
- Be actively involved in Change Request Management and act as first contact for change request by key users and provide continuous support in analysis of impact and value;
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Provide backlog management, and elaboration of the relevant user stories

**Qualifications** Initial Educational Background**:Bachelor degree in Computer Science (while not a 100% must, it is strongly advised)

**Languages requirement**: English (working language)

**Total Experience**: Minimum 3-5 year in IT project management, acting as interface between users and developers

**Personal skills**
- Good communication skill in English (speaking, listening, writing and reading)
