**Position Overview**:
We are looking for experienced Senior Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join our team across Australia. This role is for a driven professional with at least 6-7 years of B2B sales experience within financial services, who can strategically build relationships, secure new business, and drive revenue growth. As a Senior BDM at Instantia, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by offering clients our powerful FX risk management and payments technology.
In this role, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle from end-to-end: identifying potential clients, conducting high-level meetings, and negotiating and closing business. You’ll have the support of a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who will assist with lead generation and scheduling, while you focus on relationship management, strategic client engagement, and conversions. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients in need of advanced FX risk management and payment solutions.
- Research and identify prospective clients who could benefit from Instantia’s technology-driven FX solutions.
- Engage potential clients through multiple channels, including trade events, cold calling, networking events, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospects to introduce Instantia’s platform and services, demonstrating the value and impact of our solutions.
- Stay informed about FX market trends, global finance, and competitors to position Instantia’s offerings effectively
- Own the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, client engagement, meeting scheduling, and client onboarding.
- Work closely with BDRs who will help with lead generation and initial meeting setup, allowing you to focus on building relationships and converting leads into sales.
- Partner closely with Dealers, who provide market insights, real-time FX pricing, and trade execution support. Their expertise will allow you to focus on relationship-building and strategic client engagement, ensuring you can deliver a comprehensive and tailored service to meet client needs effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive business development activities.

**Yêu cầu**:
- 6-7 years of B2B sales experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of building client relationships and closing high-value sales.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to manage complex sales processes and exceed revenue targets
- A strong interest in FX markets and global finance is beneficial.
- Skilled in building and maintaining lasting client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Able to work autonomously and manage the full sales cycle independently, with the drive to build new business relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions confidently to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields is preferred (not essential).
- Proven experience in B2B sales; financial industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Availability to travel locally and nationally for client meetings as needed
