**OBJECTIVE**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Collaborate with business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products
- Grow authentic customer referrals by developing and leveraging brand awareness, brand love, USP so that Yola becomes top of mind and the preferred brands of new and existing customers.
- Lead and manage to increase the marketing team efficiency by achieving new customer acquisition target at the efficient customer acquisition cost.
- Identify short
- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures
- Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
- Responsible for maintaining a company or individuals public image through the implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Communicate with company executives, marketing personnel and public figures, completing research into industry trends and public perception and aiding in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen Yola brand identity.
- Manage, develop, promote USP of each and all Yola products effectively in all appropriate online & offline branding, marketing channels to ensure the reach-out and hold-in-mind of the potential customers and market.
- Provide effective coaching to develop the staff and build the talent pool for the organization
- Be responsible and take high ownership of the look and feel of the centers to ensure a professional.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local high schools, universities, or any strategic partners.
- Manage design, development and production of all marketing collaterals, program guides and other services guides as needed in the promotion of Yola to prospective students, parents and public at large.
- Perform other duties required CCO.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree, minimum 7 years experience in marketing (preferably B2C).
- 3 years of management experience directly managing a team of at least 5 staffs.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn quickly about educational programs and services.
- Self-motivated, confident, and optimistic demeanor with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-oriented, initiative, and flexible with a passion for learning.
- Demonstrated experience of taking initiative and significant ownership of the work and a good team-building spirit.
- Willingness to work sometimes outside of standard office hours in order to meet business objectives.
- Passion for private education sectors and consumer brands.
- Possess a high level of energy and exceptional details to attention.
- Good strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and result driven.
