- Completing as well as making sure the correction of import - export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and so on) and customs declaration.
- Liaise and working with forwarders and suppliers to arrange shipments in time
- Providing instruction and support of product packaging
- Prepare shipping report on a monthly basis
- In charge of checking forwarder's debit note.

**Requirement**:

- Female; Age: under 30 years old
- Graduated from University major in Import-Export, Supply Chain, Logistics,... or related majors.
- At least 01 year of experience in the same position in manufacturing company
- Good use of English
