**Mô tả công việc**:

- Xây dựng kênh tiktok cho công ty
- Sáng tạo/ biên tập nội dung, lên kịch bản video, clips trên Tiktok.
- Phối hợp tốt với các thành viên trong team để đạt hiệu quả công việc tốt nhất.
- Nghiên cứu, cập nhật các xu hướng để đảm bảo đáp ứng thị hiếu của đối tượng mục tiêu
- Lên nội dung và ý tưởng để xây dựng hình ảnh các mini KOLs của công ty
- Đề xuất, thực hiện các công việc nhằm tăng chất lượng bài, lượng truy cập
- Nắm bắt và cập nhật thường xuyên các trend và xu hướng mới nhất của TikTok
- Sáng tạo, lập kế hoạch và triển khai sản xuất nội dung trên nền tảng TikTok
- Các công việc khác theo sự chỉ đạo của quản lý

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có niềm đam mê cực lớn với TikTok
- Có óc hài hước, sáng tạo, tư duy tốt, bắt trend nhanh
- Có kinh nghiệm viết content TikTok.
- Chỉnh sửa thành thạo Capcut và các công cụ liên quan khác phục vụ công việc.
- Chủ động, nhiệt tình, có trách nhiệm với công việc, cầu tiến, ham học hỏi
- Có thể làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm
- Có khả năng và kỹ năng quay video bằng điện thoại.
- Có khả năng tự điều phối và dựng clips.
- Chịu được áp lực công việc
- Kinh nghiệm từ 2 năm trở lên.
