Key Areas of Responsibility:
Content Creation:

- Develop and produce high-quality, creative, and visually appealing short-form videos for TikTok and lnstagram Reels and YouTube.
- Stay up to date with current trends, challenges, and features on TikTok and lnstagram

to incorporate them into content.

Scripting and Planning:

- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas, plan video concepts, and create scripts for short-form videos.
- Ensure that content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and marketing objectives.

Hosting:

- Act as the face and voice of our brand by hosting videos, challenges, and live sessions on TikTok and lnstagram Reels.
- Engage with the audience, creating a welcoming and interactive environment.

Execution:

- Film and edit videos using appropriate tools and software to maintain a polished and professional look.
- Experiment with various video formats, effects, and styles to keep content fresh and

engaging.

Engagement and Interaction:

- Engage with the TikTok and lnstagram community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in trends and challenges.
- Foster a sense of community and build relationships with followers.

Analytics and Performance Optimization Management:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools provided by TikTok and lnstagram.
- Use insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.

Performance Management KPls:

- Track and achieve weekly and monthly lVideo Views

Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, content managers, and digital marketing professionals, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

- Proven experience as a TikTok or lnstagram Reels content creator and host.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok and lnstagram Reels features, social media trends, and best practices.
- Understanding of brand identity and the ability to create content that aligns with

the brand's values and image.
- Strong storytelling and creative writing skills to script compelling content.
- Proficient in video editing and hosting, with the ability to captivate an audience, especially when hosting live sessions or Q&A segments.
- Comfortable using various tools and technologies related to content creation and

social media management.
