- Triển khai chiến lược, kế hoạch, sáng tạo nội dung video theo định hướng MKT trên nền tảng short video, clip về các dịch vụ của công ty, trên các nền tảng: tiktok, facebook reel, Youtube short...
- Xây dựng kế hoạch triển khai và báo cáo công việc của team content creator Tiktok
- Trực tiếp lên định hướng sản xuất nội dung, quay dựng, cắt ghép, hiệu ứng... của team Tiktok
- Phát triển kênh Tiktok để đạt KPI từ trưởng phòng PR
- Tham gia xây dựng kênh livestream trên tiktok
- Phân tích insight của khách hàng, phân tích thông tin khách hàng, và TA nói chung của KH
- Liên hệ với talent hoặc KOC (Tuỳ kế hoạch) để sản xuất nội dung
- Tham gia nghiên cứu và đóng góp các ý kiến tới Trưởng phòng trong công tác xây dựng các kế hoạch/chiến lược PR cho toàn bộ hệ thống

Trình độ học vấn:Từ cao đẳngtrở lên

Kỹ năng bắt buộc:

- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai các dự án build kênh tiktok (cập nhật porfolio)
- Sử dụng tốt phần mềm cắt ghép video, các clip đơn giản
- Sử dụng thành thạo các nền tảng mạng xã hội (Tiktok là điều bắt buộc)
- Có nhiều ý tưởng đột phá
- Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, quản lý đội nhóm và quản lý công việc
- Biết sắp xếp công việc, chủ động lập kế hoạch và quản lý thời gian
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, kỹ năng thuyết trình và sử dụng tin học văn phòng tốt
