**ABOUT US**

Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. If you are an organized, proactive, and ambitious individual looking to elevate your career to new heights? Baller Headwear is seeking a **Director Assistant **to support our leadership team. This position presents a valuable opportunity for those who aspire to become managers in the future.

**WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE**
- Assists in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure smooth & efficient operation processes.
- Work closely with department managers to resolve issues and enhance productivity.
- Support in developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, minimize downtime, reduce production costs, and ensure product quality.
- Facilitate communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Translate and interpret as needed during meetings, conferences
- Supervise, mentor, and train departmental managers and staff.
- Monitor team performance and ensure all departments align with the company’s objectives.

**WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business management, or a related field.
- Good command of English.
- **Prior experience as an assistant, manager, or supervisor in manufacturing or production is preferred.**:

- Knowledge of operational procedures and business processes within manufacturing companies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
