**Job Description**:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 - 12:00 & 13:15 - 17:30 (Standard hours)

(Receptionist starts working from 07:45 (Mon-Fri). From 07:45 to 08:15 is treated as overtime work and entitled for overtime allowance)
- Gender & age: Lady, aging from 23 to 26 (born in 1995 -1992).
- Reporting Line: Superiors in Administration & Planning Department; and Corporate Group.

1. Reception work (telephone operating/ payment, guest hosting, tea-serving support when necessary, etc.).
2. General Affairs [CS] matters (courier services, office supplies/ facilities/ decoration, ware-house/ Pantry management, etc.).
3. Other supports required by Administration & Planning/ Business Departments from time to time.

QUALIFICATION
1. Education & Experience:
a. University graduate (preferable from English or Business-related faculties).
b. Having at least 1-year full-time working experience in Reception job (first priority),
administrative/ secretarial/ servicing jobs (past working experience with international
companies is preferable).

2. Skills & Expertise:
a. Good at both Vietnamese & English communication skills (English level is equivalent
to TOEIC score at least 800).
b. Clear & beautiful voice in Saigonese accent.

3. Competencies:
a. Good sense of servicing, supporting, organizing, coordinating at work.
b. Able to work independently and with team.
c. Hard-working and trustworthy.
