**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare HR-related reports as required by laws/internal processes within timeline.
- Assist in onboarding & offboarding processes for Employees and Interns
- Assist in administrative HR tasks (arrange documents, employee files, support induction activities, Learning management system )
- Assist in organizing company’s events (team building, 08/03, 20/10, Xmas )
- Actively assist in other activities of the HR team.

**Experience requirements**:

- You are detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined and committed to the result
- You are able to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- You are good at time-management
- You have good sense of service
- You are quick at problem solving and taking actions
- You build healthy and cooperative working relationship

**Education requirements**:

- Junior or Senior student is recommended.
- Excellent in both speaking and writing of English, good English is a plus.
