**Responsibilities**:
**To prevent the incidents and problems from happening by**:

- Proactively address weaknesses, risks, and problems on the DB infra then have remediation plan to mitigate it to improve quality of services.
- Periodically review and assess the weaknesses and risks of the DBs.

**Manage and hands-on incidents/problems solving activities**:

- Manage the troubleshooting and directly handle the incidents and problems relating to the DB infra.
- Analyze and conclude the root cause of the incidents and problems, define and implement the solutions to recover the services quickly and prevent them from repeating.
- Train and support.
- Improve the operating processes and tools.
- Monitor and report the compliance of the operation activities in real-life.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to deeply understand the DB infra, as a basis for the efficient and stable operation of services.
- Identify risks and coordinate with relevant units to propose methods to measure and minimize risks in the DB infra operations.

**Experience requirements**:

- Advanced certification such as OCP, and OCM is an advantage.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience as a DBA.
- Proficiency in data manipulation languages, including Oracle Database, MS SQL, Hadoop, or PostgreSQL.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and responsible.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Up to date with trends and developments in database administration.
- English, according to Bank's regulations in each period.

**Education requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
