Job Purpose:
Recognize early operational risks / internal compliance violations and external intrusion at the segments of counter services / centralized operations / Cards and CDD-related services through the design of monitoring rules on the system.
Key Accountabilities (1):
- Design operational risk monitoring program
- Research and analyze operational processes to detect operational risks in order to identify system/process/human flaws, thereby developing/designing an effective operational risk monitoring program, suitable for each group of monitors
- Effectively appraise monitoring programs / perform customer profile appraisal activities via online channels, customers with high risks and complex.
- Coordinate with other functional units (COEs...) in setting up monitoring programs on the system
- Assess and detect risky/violating transactions in compliance with approval of competent authorities from time to time exchange risk detection and detection points with relevant units
- Monitor, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of monitoring programs and report to the Management Board on the overall status of periodic monitoring programs
- Propose quarterly/yearly action plan to effectively implement the monitoring program in accordance with the division's orientation and overall strategy
- Propose and advise on process improvement to minimize operational risks for related units
Key Accountabilities (2):
- Training and enhancing the competence of staff
- Support management level in providing professional training in data analytics and system rule building.
- Understand new risk trends and learn databased risk prevention methods.
- Effectively perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences:
- Requirements for qualifications and training major: Graduated full-time University specializing in Auditing / Accounting / Finance / Banking / Economics / Law
2.1 Professional knowledge:
- Understanding Techcombank system
- Understanding related products/services, professional regulations/processes of the Operations Division
- Recognizing flaws of processes / systems; recognizing operational risks in operation
Working experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in the field of banking, financial institutions and / or or large accounting and auditing companies specializing in the banking field
- At least 2 years working at an equivalent position or at least at the position of Senior Specialist
