**Job Description**:

- Find and inspire companies to adopt the next-gen HRM solution for the success of their company and employees.
- Help global reselling partners to also understand and be able to explain the product to their potential clients.
- Manage to resell partner's pipeline, their market insights and user feedback to provide back to the product team to enhance the product.
- Build comparison and competition strategies as input for both sales and product teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar role for 1-2 years is preferred.
- Confident in telesales and supporting customers online / remotely.
- Team player who is hands-on and proactive.
- Motivated by learning, willing to work hard and want to be part of a growth story.
- An organized person who is able to work with autonomy.
- Had demonstrated personal persistence in the past.
