**Job description**:
**Lập chiến lược sản phẩm**:

- Xác định tầm nhìn và mục tiêu sản phẩm
- Phân tích thị trường và nhu cầu khách hàng
- Lập kế hoạch phát triển sản phẩm
- Xác định các tính năng và chức năng sản phẩm

**Quản lý backlog sản phẩm**:

- Thu thập và ưu tiên các yêu cầu sản phẩm
- Phân tích và đánh giá các yêu cầu sản phẩm
- Theo dõi tiến độ phát triển sản phẩm.

**Làm việc với các bên liên quan**
- Phối hợp với đội ngũ phát triển sản phẩm
- Giao tiếp với khách hàng và các bên liên quan
- Thu thập phản hồi về sản phẩm

**Đo lường và báo cáo hiệu suất sản phẩm**
- Phân tích dữ liệu sản phẩm
- Báo cáo hiệu suất sản phẩm cho ban lãnh đạo

**Your skills and experience**:
**Kinh nghiệm**:

- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Product Owner
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí Trưởng Bộ Phận (Leader)
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực bất động sản online là một lợi thế

**Kỹ năng**:

- Kỹ năng phân tích thị trường và nhu cầu khách hàng
- Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch sản phẩm
- Kỹ năng quản lý backlog sản phẩm
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề

**Kiến thức**:

- Kiến thức về Scrum và Agile
- Kiến thức về quản lý sản phẩm
- Kiến thức về lĩnh vực bất động sản online

**Phẩm chất**:

- Có khả năng lãnh đạo và truyền cảm hứng
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm
- Có khả năng thích ứng với môi trường làm việc năng động
- Có khả năng chịu áp lực cao.
