- Work consistently with stakeholders to clarify and convey the goals, plans, and strategies for the product.
- Gather, evaluate, and interpret user data, behavior, and market trends to make well-informed product decisions.
- Make sure that product development follows a user-centric methodology, utilizing UX expertise to satisfy educational desires and requirements.
- Utilize usability testing, interviews, and surveys to gather information about user needs and guide product design.
- Coordinate with UX designers to create wireframes and prototypes.
- Set feature priorities for usability improvements in line with data, user input, and business objectives.
- Assist development, design, content, and marketing teams in implementing the product roadmap.
- Plan and carry out usability testing sessions, making adjustments in response to the findings.
- Assure products align with inclusive accessibility guidelines.
- Operate within an agile development framework to improve the user experience.
- Lead the effective roll-out of new product features, including marketing coordination and performance monitoring.
- Create and sustain a feedback loop with consumers, considering their suggestions for product enhancements, particularly in terms of usability and user experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field 3+ years of experience in an EdTech or educational software context as a Product Owner or comparable job Proficiency in poduct user research techniques and tools. Demonstrated experience of devising and implementing growth hacking tactics in the context of a digital product Strong data analysis background and expertise with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) Expertise in UX/UI design principles and tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Enthusiasm for education and a thorough understanding of the EdTech industry's challenges and opportunities
