**Mô tả công việc**:

- Xây dựng product vision và product roadmap.
- Nghiên cứu và phân tích người dùng, nhu cầu kinh doanh, đối thủ cạnh tranh để đưa ra đề xuất cải tiến sản phẩm. Xác định các chỉ số đo lường để xác định được mức độ thành công.
- Làm việc trực tiếp với các bộ phận (ngành hàng, ban giám đốc, các stakeholder ) để ghi nhận yêu cầu với web/app.
- Tổ chức các workshop, brainstorm để tìm kiếm idea.
- Xây dựng và quản lý backlog, làm việc với scrum team để đảm bảo các tính năng được xây dựng đúng với mục tiêu. Theo dõi chất lượng và tiến độ của sản phẩm.
- Tổ chức thử nghiệm, đánh giá, thăm dò khách hàng để hiệu chỉnh sản phẩm.
- Báo cáo tiến độ, kết quả, số liệu hiệu quả sau triển khai nâng cấp/tối ưu sản phẩm.
- Hỗ trợ đào tạo sản phẩm cho khối sale, các bộ phận liên quan.
- Các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Ưu tiên ứng viên có gu thẩm mỹ tốt
- Trình độ học vấn: Đại học. Trình độ ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh trung cấp
- Từ 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trở lên, trong đó ít nhất 2 năm ở vai trò Product Owner hoặc Product Manager, có kinh nghiệm quản lý
- Có kiến thức/kinh nghiệm về trải nghiệm người dùng (UX). Từng làm với thương mại điện tử là một lợi thế
- Thành thạo vẽ flowchart, wireframe, mockup, biết sử dụng figma. Ưu tiên các ứng viên có hiểu biết về html, css
- Khả năng phân tích vấn đề, phân tích dữ liệu, xây dựng báo cáo bằng Google Data Studio
- Có tư duy business và customer-centric. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các dự án theo mô hình Agile/Scrum
- Khả năng giao tiếp, trình bày hiệu quả (bằng lời nói và văn bản)
- Máu lửa, quyết liệt, sáng tạo, teamwork
