Mô tả công việc:

- Lập kế hoạch và quản lý chiến dịch để mang lại các cơ hội kinh doanh và đạt mục tiêu về doanh thu.
- Theo dõi và phân tích kết quả của các chiến dịch tiếp thị để đo lường hiệu suất và đưa ra các biện pháp tối ưu
- Xác định và đề xuất phân bổ ngân sách cho từng kênh tiếp thị để đạt được hiệu quả tốt nhất
- Tối ưu hóa trang web và trải nghiệm người dùng để tăng tỷ lệ chuyển đổi cơ hội
- Quản lý, phát triển đội nhóm:

- Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng (tham gia phỏng vấn) các vị trí của bộ phận
- Điều phối công việc cho nhóm để đạt mục tiêu chung của công ty.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển cá nhân, đào tạo nâng cao năng lực, đánh giá hiệu suất làm việc của đội nhóm
- Phối hợp với bộ phận sales, branding để đạt mục tiêu chung của công ty
- Báo cáo định kỳ, trực tiếp cho CMO & BOD

**Job Requirements**:
Chân dung ứng viên:

- Thành thạo cài đặt và vận hành các công cụ Digital marketing, công cụ phân tích như PowerBI, Google Analytics, Facebook & Google Report và các công cụ Social Media Reports
- Có từ 02 kinh nghiệm tại vị trí quản lý (team lead/manager), có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý đội nhóm (từ 5 người), giao tiếp liên phòng ban và truyền đạt nội dung một cách mạch lạc và rõ ràng
- Khả năng sáng tạo và đưa ra các ý tưởng mới: áp dụng các phương pháp marketing tối ưu nhất và thử nghiệm các đề xuất mới để tăng cường hiệu quả.
- Tư duy logic, kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu, đánh giá hiệu suất và ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu (data-driven)
- Nhạy bén với kinh doanh (business acumen), có growth mindset, khả năng ownership & tinh thần builder mạnh mẽ
- Tiếng Anh: đọc hiểu thành thạo tài liệu phục vụ research vận hành

Ưu tiên ứng viên:

- Sinh năm 9x

Hiểu biết về thị trường công nghệ, SaaS
- Hiểu biết/kinh nghiệm thực chiến digital marketing với nhóm khách hàng B2B, tại công ty product
- Với ứng viên có kinh nghiệm marketing B2C: ưu tiên kinh nghiệm tại các nhóm ngành có yếu tố công nghệ (martech, salestech, fintech, edtech, ecommerce,...) hoặc retail,...
- Hiểu biết về branding/event/inbound marketing
- Kiến thức về quản trị doanh nghiệp
