**OBJECTIVES**:
We are looking for a **full-time Marketing Trainee with a data-driven mindset and passion for digital marketing**. You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our dynamic marketing team, together with driving outstanding business results for the Pinpoint - business unit targeting SMEs segment of PMAX.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Marketing Campaign Ideation**
- Take in-depth research, brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and activities
- Coordinate with content marketing executives to update content for website & social channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube

**Digital Campaign Execution**
- Assist in running, measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC, ) under guidance of the mentor/Line Manager
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Other tasks assigned by the mentor/Line Manager

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Qualifications**
- Able to work full-time in 6 months, no working experience required. Fresh graduate is highly prioritized
- **Solid knowledge of digital marketing, and experience in ads optimization**:
