**OBJECTIVES**:
We are looking for a **highly motivated and enthusiastic** Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing, from brainstorming campaign ideas to creating engaging content and supporting lead nurturing initiatives.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- **Brainstorming & Campaign Development**: Contribute ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative and effective marketing campaigns and activities.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with content executives to conduct research, engage, and impactful content materials to support marketing activities.
- **Channel Management**: Collaborate with content marketing executives to update website and social media content across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- **Marketing Adaptability**: Be adaptable and eager to learn, assisting in the implementation of diverse marketing activities aligned with our evolving strategies.
- _Other duties will be assigned on seasonal campaigns_

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Qualifications**:

- Must-have:

- Able to work full-time in 6 months, no working experience required. Fresh graduates are highly prioritized
- Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Self-motivated, positive and can-do attitude.
- Fast self-learning and growth mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using common office software (Doc, Sheet, Slide, Excel, etc).
- Nice to have:

- Experience in marketing service or a related field.
- Knowledge of agency industry or product information.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with relevant technologies (AI driven).
- Video creation on social media, especially Facebook and TikTok is a plus.
