**Objectives**:
PMAX Trainee Program is a fast-track internship program aiming to facilitate young talents with aggressive challenges yet remarkable journey and grow them into competent marketing experts & business leaders. We are looking for a smart, ambitious and goal-oriented Optimization Trainee who is in charge of the performance of our clients by managing and optimizing multiple digital marketing channels.

**What you will experience?**
- Digital Campaign Execution:

- Responsible for execution, the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns under guidance of the mentor/Line Manager
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC, )
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Media Planning:

- Assist in planning the digital media plan as a solution for the client’s problem.
- Develop the monthly media plan, budget allocation
- Conduct daily budget planning and related tasks to deliver on time with acceptable results/ outcomes
- Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects

**Job Requirements**:
**Knowledge & Skillsets**
- Must have:

- 3rd/4th-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration/or any related fields and able to work full-time
- Good at analytical skills, data-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills & critical thinking.
- Curiority, fast-self-learning, want to grow & develop yourself at the max speed
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Task management, ownership, responsibility
- Good communication, planning and visualization skills
- Good to have:

- Experience in digital marketing/media planning role
- Have basic knowledge of Google Ads/Facebook Ads/Toperations
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial, both in Vietnamese and English
