OBJECTIVES:

We are looking for a
full-time Marketing Trainee with a data-driven mindset and passion for digital marketing.

You will be an important piece of the puzzle to our dynamic marketing team, together with driving outstanding business results for the Pinpoint - business unit targeting SMEs segment of PMAX.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Marketing Campaign Ideation

  • Take indepth research, brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and activities
  • Coordinate with content marketing executives to update content for website & social channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Assist in running, measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC, ) under guidance of the mentor/Line Manager
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Other tasks assigned by the mentor/Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications

  • Able to work fulltime in 6 months, no working experience required. Fresh graduate is highly prioritized

Solid knowledge of digital marketing, and experience in ads optimization:
