ESG Standard Gatherings & Climate Consulting (ESGs) provides an advanced tool to measure and analyze the carbon footprint of events and event production processes for emission reduction, facilitating the transition to eco-friendly practices. The system helps event organizers track their carbon footprint while determining the sources of such carbon emissions. Participating in ESGs provides companies with a valuable opportunity to enhance their environmental sustainability efforts. ESGs provide guidance for data collection, consultation for carbon reduction, mitigation or offset, auditing and certification following international standards and frameworks.

**Job Overview**

LinkPower and ESGs are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. The Operations Intern will be in charge of the operational tasks within the company. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in Finance related tasks (such as staff expense claims, event accounting )
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, drafting job posts and monitoring monthly KPIs.
- Assist in Sales & Marketing related tasks (such as contact database from networking events, prospection, training participants and support ESG Accelerator & training logistics)
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Based part-time in Hanoi and able to travel to and work at our beautiful and artistic villa in Tay Ho.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Management or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in admin/accounting/HR-related tasks is a plus.
