**Responsibilities**:

- Work with internal and external stakeholders on parcels movement and operations ( Middle Mile and Last Mile)
- Take charge of parcel control and the investigation of operation issues
- Be responsible for the direct day-to-day operations to ensure the achievement of cost efficiency and accuracy of operations
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors
- Serve as the primary point of contact/liaison for Sales teams to resolve product and service problems

**Requirement**:

- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, with experience working with MS Excel to generate insights preferred
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of job ownership
- Adaptable, proactive, and possess a positive attitude and work ethics
- Able to multi-task and is results-driven.
- Demonstrated experience in executing complex projects that require coordination with a multitude of stakeholders.
- Good understanding of analytics and computational modelling, business needs analysis, data visualization & stakeholder management
- Ability to display a structured thought process
