**Reporting of the role**
This role reports to Manager, Buying

**In this role, your goals will be**:
**In three months**:

- You will have started to build relationships with the Agency Executive team, key Client and Trading leads.
- Establish a strong relationship with the media, clients and creative agencies.
- Gains responsibility for buying across all media. Supports Manager with overall buying product and delivery of all campaigns within their client portfolio.

**In six months**:

- Active role in briefing the media owners.
- Begin to use and gain additional trading insights through GroupM Knowledge suite tools.

**In 12 months**:

- Proactive in terms of highlighting any issues with the buy, media developments, trends or marketplace conditions that impact buying performance.
- Continue growth and further development opportunity.

**What your day job looks like**:

- Independently execute Non-TV traditional campaigns (such as radio, OOH, Cinema) for the assigned portfolio of GroupM clients
- Create media schedules using the media operating system for review and approval
- Monitor, manage and report on clients’ budgets and deliveries of clients KPI across offline media
- Coordinate with respective parties on tracking data for weekly monitoring performance
- Create and maintain Material Requirements for campaigns, including liaising with content providers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of campaign materials to vendors
- Ensure the best in class process is adhered to for all campaign operations
- Work closely with all team members to improve working efficiency and effectiveness
- Learn new tools and delivery technologies to maximize campaign performance
- Develop strong relationships with Non-TV traditional media owners to understand their product offering, key differentiation and technical ads specifications
- Contribute actionable insights and analysis to mid and post campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations
- Be the key point of contact with the finance team on client invoicing and vendor payment issues
- Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent diploma in disciplines as Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Business Studies or relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Highly numerate, organized, with an ability to demonstrate implementation and adherence to processes
- Strive for excellence intended as commitment to continuous improvement, taking initiative and delivering results despite constraints
- Effective communication skills and ability to adjust to a fast-changing environment
- Team player intended as receive and provide feedback professionally, thrive and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
- Passionate about Media and Advertising and eager to keep learning
- Great attention to detail, problem solving mentality and curious in discovering insights from post campaign data
