In this role, you should be proficient in managing plan, analysis and implementation of all digital campaigns (biddable, non-biddable). You will also be responsible for handling day to day digital operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team and processes and work collaboratively with planning and strategy teams.
- Operational excellence and strategic direction within Biddable media team on Performance part of Digital advertising
- Being a project leader of a team on implementation (Search, Performance, E-commerce,...)
- Develop performance strategy/framework/approach
- Develop test & learn initiatives
- Support and deliver capability building workshops and playbooks
- Work with client teams to develop robust benchmarks and norms across channels and media types
- Develop Operational excellence (standardization, automation, benchmarking etc.)
- People leadership, and ability to multi-task
- Lead client conversations when needed on aspects of performance marketing

**Reporting of the role**

This role has dual reporting, report to Business Lead for the assigned businesses and Functional dotted line reporting to Head of Biddable, GroupM Nexus.

**In this role, your goals will be**:
**In three months**:

- Complete understanding of projects and plans
- Lead the team to deliver best in class execution
- Lead the discussions with client

**In six months**:

- Create new benchmarks, test and learn
- Lead conversations in conjunction with Business Lead with partners and clients for future project, new initiative and annual plans

**In twelve months**:

- Start sharing best practices across GroupM and across the region
- Update frameworks for driving data and commerce integration into mainline media
- Create a team which is a showcase for the industry
- Actively train employees in performance and ad-tech

**What your day job looks like**:

- Working with the account and performance teams, help define scope and recommended approach for all performance-oriented projects for clients.
- Play an advisory role on client engagements, serving as a performance strategy advisor to both client leads (internal) and clients (external).
- Serve as thought leader in aligning digital performance marketing strategy with a client’s business goals and objectives.
- Drive high level discussions on the role of digital performance within the total digital marketing ecosystem.
- Codify and publish formal frameworks and methodologies for approaching digital assignments within Mindshare.
- As appropriate, play an active role in new client acquisition and new business presentations.
- Lead performance and programmatic digital "evangelization" initiatives within the agency.
- Provide methodological support, coaching, professional development and training to team member, immediate and beyond.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 8+ years’ experience in digital performance marketing or digital strategic marketing consulting.
- Be adaptive, Fast and Provocative
- Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing.
- Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast and multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of the search and ecommerce environment in Vietnam, in addition to expertise in Google, Facebook including CPAS, Tiktok and local ad network performance buys.
- Strong familiarity with digital metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (including audience identification and analysis, targeting and online analytics.)
- Adaptability to tough situations and unpredicted challenges
- Excellent numerical analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Strong, hands-on operational experience with a practical approach to problem solving.
- Strong and calm under pressure and tight timelines.
- Exceptional communicator, confident in presenting to senior client and internal stakeholders on trends, strategy and performance and comfortable when challenged
