**In this role, your goals will be**:
**In three months**:

- You will have solid comprehension of your campaign pipeline and task status
- You will have foundational knowledge of GroupM Nexus's tools and processes.
- Started execution and optimization of digital campaigns on a daily basis
- Expertise in reporting and invoicing processes

**In six months**:

- You will be confident execution plans using platform based tools, analytics dashboards
- Be an expert in optimizing digital campaigns across channels to deliver KPIs
- You will have set up a data driven performance plan framework for your clients, to increase their campaigns effectiveness.

**In twelve months**:

- Run the show all by yourself with guidance/direction from your Line Manager
- Start working on enhancing internal and external relationships.

**What your day job looks like**:

- Take charge of TikTok Shop performance. Handle end-to-end execution, including but is not limited to, planning, setup, real-time optimization, report.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive media planning strategy specifically tailored for TikTok Shop's e-commerce objectives.
- Strategically allocate and optimize media spend across various platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok.
- Craft and implement data-driven optimization tactics to ensure maximum ROI and sustained campaign performance.
- Forge strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and capitalize on new opportunities within TikTok's advertising landscape.
- Employ advanced A/B testing and performance analysis techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and drive profitable outcomes.
- Manage TikTok Shop data and reporting responsibilities effectively.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and fortify media planning strategies.
- Stay at the forefront of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices, ensuring continuous optimization to maximize organic reach and enhance paid performance

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related discipline.
- Proven expertise in media planning and optimization, with a demonstrable focus on TikTok advertising platform.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and experience with digital marketing analytics platforms.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies and their direct correlation to customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable media optimization strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills and proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder management.
