- **Mô tả công việc**:_
- Tiếp xúc với các khách hàng tiềm năng, gọi điện dựa trên các leads có sẵn, cold calls, đặt lịch hẹn đến office, trao đổi thông tin với khách hàng về sản phẩm, dịch vụ, và duy trì phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng.
- Liên lạc và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ của công ty
- Cập nhật, bổ sung thông tin từ phía khách hàng và liên hệ với bộ phận kỹ thuật liên quan để hoàn thiện việc set up account cho khách hàng.
- Theo dõi thu phí, tiếp nhận xử lý khiếu nại, cancel, cập nhật phản hồi của khách và báo cáo kịp thời để có hướng giải quyết tốt nhất
- Chủ động liên hệ thăm hỏi và ghi nhận ý kiến phản hồi từ khách hàng để giúp cải thiện hệ thống dịch vụ.
- Tạo mối quan hệ khách hàng, theo dõi tình hình khách hàng, kịp thời tư vấn, hỗ trợ khách hàng nhanh nhất và xuyên suốt quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ của công ty.
- **Yêu cầu ứng viên**_
- Tuổi từ 22 tuổi
- Có kiến thức sales căn bản và làm việc, hiểu tâm lý khách hàng.
- Khả năng vi tính và internet tốt am hiểu về các mạng xã hội và thương mại điện tử
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt, lưu loát, trôi chảy, tự tin, không nói ngọng, nói lắp, không mang âm hưởng địa phương.
- Tư duy sáng tạo, biết lắng nghe, thường xuyên nắm bắt xu hướng xã hội, open để học hỏi thêm về văn hoá Mỹ.
- Do đặc thù công việc làm ca đêm nên cần sắp xếp giờ giấc, công việc để duy trì sức khỏe và tinh thần cho công việc ban đêm
- Tiếng anh giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế
- Thời gian làm việc: 5 ngày/ tuần, 8 tiếng ban đêm từ 21h - 5h
