We are supporting our client, an Western trading company, to look for a Japanese Native Sales Engineer
Report to: Country Manager
This position is for JAPANESE employee basing in Hanoi, responsible for the field sales of the entire portfolio of Company’s products. This is a sales role for Japanese customers in Vietnam including end-users, partners, automation machine builders (OEM’s) and System Integrators (SI). The ASE will work closely with the District Sales Manager to develop account strategies and tactics. The ASE will be responsible for meeting or exceeding a defined quota at assigned or newly found accounts and expanding our base of business.
The employee will embody the core values of Company including: Work Hard, Play Hard, and Move Fast. Additional tasks will be assigned as needed by the manager.
I. Reponsibility:

- Develop and grow up Company business in Japanese End Users, Machine Builders, and System Integrators in Vietnam to reach the quota.
- Utilize the Company sales process to effectively coordinate products/solution demo to Japanese customers and winning large strategic opportunities.
- Builds Japanese customer network and follows up on sales leads and schedules customer visits, seeking out large opportunities
- Collaborate with counterparts/colleagues on opportunities that are either integrated or installed in a different territory or where the Japanese decision makers locate.
- Assists at trade shows and other marketing events for Japanese customers.
- Maintain and continuously update project information in Salesforce System.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Knowledge and Skill:

- 2-3 years of experience in sales (B2B, or B2C).
- Background in engineering and FA industry will be advantage.
- Looking forward to long-term working in Vietnam.
- English skill: Business level.
- Fast action person and high accountability.

2. Minimum education and work experience required:

- Good Experience in selling products to all levels of an organization is required
- Proven sales experience and a good track record in Vietnam is required
- Technical/Business Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Good Experience in selling vision related products is also preferred
