**Working Arrangement**

Hybrid

**Main tasks**:
1. Conduct oversight roles of second lines of defense to ensure that Businesses Units implementations comply with rules and policies of Corporates as well as the applicable Local law and regulations

2. Develop and oversee risk detection mechanisms for sale compliance and operational loss. Fraudulent incidents are promptly reported and escalated with remedial action plans, including:

- Use graph analytics to detect agent misconduct and other anomalies in country
- Identify hidden patterns that are not currently captured to enhance the existing analytic tools
- Regularly review observations lists provided by the analytic tools and detect abnormal signals.
- Initiate cooperate with Investigation services team to investigate alerts of potential fraud
- Analyze reports provided by BUs and detect findings that are aligned with business risks
- Collaboration with line1B to follow up process and action plans taken

3. Compliance check for Sale Manager's practices of expanding market such as agent recruitment; customer seminar, career talk, brand using and marketing,....

4. Post-sale compliance exam for the new sale process such as e-commerce sale, non FTF sale process,

5. Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the distributions functions.

6. provide sound advice on sale compliance, regulation, risk management and the best practice for business management through the Compliance's principles, policies, processes and procedures.

7. Prepare timely compliance reports

8. Other tasks and duties as duly assigned by the Head of DC from time to time (if any)
