Merchant Strategic Planning Lead

DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Developing business development strategies for Merchants focused on campaign joined rate and financial gain.
- Oversee, evaluate performance from both gathering of relevant project data and conducting researches to identify Merchant needs, release more growth initiatives (both operational & commercial related).
- Managing resource forecast or creating a resource capacity plan towards urging commercial deals performance.
- Work in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve deal-hunting/business performance goals.
- Assist Line Manager in other tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or management.
- Successful track record in B2B or B2C sales and negotiation.
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
- Working experience with sales techniques.
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
