Business Strategy Planning Executive

**1. Objective**:
**a. Strategy (20%)**:
Research and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on market trends, demand, segment customer, competitor on similar products, proposing competitive advantages for businesses.
Makes recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, and internal business process improvement
**b. Account Manager (10%)**:
Participating in the search, negotiation, and promotion of the connection of VeXeRe with partners flight, train, ferry,
**c. Marketing (70%)**:
**SEO**:
- Develop, implement SEO activities both On-page and Off-Page
- Build traffic projection, beasure the success of every SEO campaign, with measurable KPIs
- Stay up to date with the latest best practices and SEO technologies
- Ensure content, picture is informative and optimized for SEO
- Use SEO tools such as: Google Analytics, AHref, Search Console,. to analyze, organize and visualize result
**ASO**: Develop, manage and execute best in-class ASO strategies across the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android)
**Campaign**: Execution and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing campaigns, programs, assets and activities
**2. Job Requirements**:
- **Knowledge, education or equivalent qualifications**
- Knowledge marketing
- Excellent knowledge of SEO
**2. Technical or hard skills**
- Strong research and analytical: Qualitative & quantitative skills
- Business acumen: Use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions; Project management skill
- Excellent knowledge and skill of SEO tools
- Excellent knowledge of ASO and ASO tools
**3. Soft skills**
- Strong problem-solving skills and is results-oriented
- Negotiation
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
**4. Work experiences: 6 month + in field of Marketing, Account manager, Research**
**5. Personality traits, attitude**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and challenging work environment
- A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo.
- High curiosity and hunger for innovation
- Work effectively in dealing with ambiguity
- A self-driven and collaborative team player, with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
**3. Benefits**:
**Attractive compensation package (Basic salary + bonus) based on employees and company business performance**
- **Fresher talents: income 8 - 11M Gross (Base 6 - 8M Gross + KPI bonus up to 5 months/ year)**:
- **Junior talents (1 - 2 years experience): income 12 - 16M Gross (Base 10 - 13M Gross + KPI bonus up to 5 months/ year)**:
- Basic salary is negotiable based on your interview performance
