Business Planning Senior Lead contributes to the growth of Partnership Distribution (PD) by implementing strategy plan, providing strategic analysis and consulting to the management team and all functions.

Report to: Manager, Strategic Planning & Business Intelligence

Location: HCM

Function: Partnership Distribution | Department: Partnership Business Management

Role: Individual Contributor

Role and Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for projections and support PBM head and CPDO to prepare strategic plan every year
- Drive the process of generating comprehensive execution plans for each function to ensure strong alignment of PD's strategy and action plan of functions
- Keep track of all implementation plans and projects, as well as perform regular evaluations, which includes creating group strategy reports (QBR, QMR, MBR, MMR, etc.).
- Lead the periodic business planning session (monthly/quarterly) at PD level to ensure that the strategy is being implemented effectively.
- Conduct strategic analysis on business opportunities with a view to develop relevant strategies for business growth.
- Provide consultation to other teams in order to build action plans to meet scorecard requirements, synchronizing activities across the PD.
- Other tasks delegated by line manager.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Strategy Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance
- At least 03 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Performance, Business Planning & Analysis or Project Management, Preferred experience in Financial Services Industry or Strategy/ Business Consulting
- Sharp strategic mindset with holistic view.
- Good at influencing, communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Experienced in data processing & analytics tools: SQL, Excel, Access, Power BI, Tableur,is an advantage
