**Job Description**:
- Identify and engage with potential clients including banking and financial institutions to understand their software service requirements and position our offerings as solutions
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the target market to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors activities, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to business development strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing and Offering Development team to align strategies and ensure effective communication of KMS value propositions to clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and demonstrate the unique features and benefits of KMS Service Offerings to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals, contracts with clients, adhering to KMS policies and procedures
- Track and analyze sales data, customer feedback to identify areas for improvements
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management team
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years of sales roles with in IT Software Services industry, **preferably in the BFSI sector**:
- Experienced in successfully managing entire the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of ASEAN BFSI market, including customer challenges, industry trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions effectively
- Willingness to travel within the ASEAN region as required
