**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Đến 12 triệu VNĐ)
- Xây dựng kế hoạch chương trình khuyến mãi, trưng bày tại điểm bán kênh GT cho sản phẩm hiện hữu, sản phâm mới của nhóm hàng phụ trách và triển khai ngoài thị trường cho khối sales đảm bảo mục tiêu;
doanh số theo tháng/ quý/ năm của ngành hàng phụ trách.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để triển khai các chương trình khuyến mãi người tiêu dùng trên kênh GT, các hoạt động hoạt náo, trang bị POP tại điểm bán theo nhãn hàng phụ trách;
- Xây dựng hoạt động, định kỳ tổng hợp báo cáo tiến độ, chi tiết tình hình triển khai chương trình Trade Marketing (khuyến mãi, trưng bày, tích lũy, các chương trình tung hàng sản phâm mới) theo tuần, tháng, quý, năm và theo kế hoạch tung hàng sản phâm mơi cho nhóm hàng phụ trách;
- Phân bổ toàn bộ chi phí chương trình trực thuộc kênh GT cho nhóm hàng phụ trách theo kế hoạch;
- Theo dõi và báo cáo định kỳ thông tin đối thủ cạnh tranh (sản phẩm, giá bán, chương trình khuyến mãi, các hoạt động trade dịch vụ) từng miền GT cho nhóm hàng phụ trách;
- Thực hiện các công việc khác thuộc phạm vi chuyên môn theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý trực tiếp

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Marketing, Quản trị kinh doanh, Tiếp thị, hoặc các ngành có liên quan;
- Kỹ năng phân tích, tổng hợp dữ liệu bán hàng (Số liệu Xuất Nhập tồn, DMS, SAP);
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Nhân viên Kinh doanh, Sales Admin, Trade Marketing;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, Kỹ năng thương lượng, Kỹ năng kiểm soát chi tiết công việc;
- Tính cách Năng động, chững chạc, tự tin, trung thực;
- Sử dụng tốt vi tính văn phòng (Excel, Power Point khá), biết sử dụng công cụ Pivot Tablet trên Excel;
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp trung cấp.
