How will you make a difference?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Proactively suggest improvements and implement solutions to optimize software performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software development and propose innovative solutions to improve business processes and outcomes.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a software developer, with a focus on designing and implementing software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to the job, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience in system integration with Workday HRIS and ADP celergo will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with testing and debugging methodologies to ensure software quality.
- Proactive mindset to suggest improvements and implement solutions for software performance optimization.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and time management skills to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in software development.
