**2. Beauty Consultant (Japanese Speaker) tuyển dụng tại**:

- **Clinic Quận 7** - 50 Nguyễn Thị Thập, Khu Dân Cư Him Lam, phường Tân Hưng, Quận 7 (Clinic sắp khai trương)
- **Clinic Quận 3** - Số 2 Phạm Đình Toái, Quận 3
- **Clinic Hà Nội** - 136 Triệu Việt Vương, P. Bùi Thị Xuân, Q. Hai Bà Trưng, Hà Nội

**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Chào đón khách hàng. Tiếp đón, giới thiệu và tư vấn dịch vụ trị liệu cho khách đến tìm hiểu và sử dụng dịch vụ.
- Phụ trách công việc thu ngân, thanh toán tại quầy lễ tân
- Xử lý thông tin khách hàng và các bộ phận có liên quan
- Phụ trách theo dõi, sao lưu, cập nhật thông tin khách hàng
- Cập nhật thông tin về sản phẩm và các chương trình khuyến mãi
- Chăm sóc, tư vấn khách hàng về quá trình chăm sóc da sau liệu trình điều trị và hướng dẫn Y khoa của Bác sĩ phụ trách
- Giải quyết các thắc mắc, khiếu nại của khách hàng từ cuộc gọi bên ngoài hoặc từ website.

**Thời gian làm việc: xoay ca 8 tiếng (ca 1: 8:15 - 16:45, ca 2: 09:00 - 18:00, ca 3: 11h - 19h30). Được nghỉ 1 ngày/tuần. Lịch làm việc theo sự sắp xếp của quản lý trực tiếp.**

**Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Thử việc 100% lương, Thu nhập gồm LCB + Incentives + Commission hàng tháng
- Công ty đóng đầy đủ BHXH (100% lương cứng), BHYT, BHTN sau 2 tháng thử việc
- Có lương thưởng tháng 13, 15 ngày phép/ năm

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung học phổ thông

- Ngoại hình sáng & làn da đẹp
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt tiếng Anh (đối với vị trí nói tiếng Anh) và tiếng Nhật N2 (sẽ phỏng vấn với người Nhật, đối với vị trí nói tiếng Nhật)
- Có khả năng sử dụng tin học văn phòng cơ bản
- Yêu thích công việc dịch vụ khách hàng, tư vấn trong lĩnh vực làm đẹp, spa, thẩm mỹ...
- Có thể làm việc theo ca
