- Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term business strategies.

- Monitor and manage corporate budgets, evaluate financial performance and propose improvement solutions.

Job Requirement:

- Management experience in retail chain/ manage a team of over 50 people
- Skills in developing and implementing long-term business strategies, including product development and market expansion.
- Capacity to select and train personnel
- Good sales and communication skills
- Strong budget management skills and financial understanding.
- Creativity in developing new products and services.
- Bachelor or college degree related to business, administration, or similar field.
