**TIME**: Monday to Saturday - Office hours

**MAIN TASKS**:
**1.Support Marketing Activities**
- Activation (On-ground & Digital platform)_

Responsible for planning, process, brand image quality, budget, timeline management of brand activation activities, together with F&R Activation Lead and Brand Manager
- Marketing campaign_

Support Marketing activities in terms of Social/ KOL/ PR/ ATL activities, with campaign leads, across platform (Ecom/ Media )

Support segment in terms of AW revision/ network tracking/ NPD launch, together with segment leads

**2. Paperwork**
- Payment: _
- Create Purchase orders, Contract, Good Receipt Notes, Liquidation, Process invoice in Coupa, DCIW system
- Create payment requests (advance payment, early payment, urgent payment) on PEGA system
- Coordinate with partners (brand team, finance, legal, agency) to ensure contract term up-to-date and payments made on time
- Listing: _
- Collect necessary documents from partners (Product Self-Declaration, Product Artwork, Halal Certification, Notarized Translation, Customs Declaration, etc.)
- Co-ordinate with translation partners for artwork translation
- Deliver documents samples to customers or Key accounts representatives
- Follow up listing process with Key Account and support on customers’ additional requests
- Requisition (RQ)_
- Create request form for sample RQ approval
- Follow up with brand team and supply chain partners to get samples from warehouse and deliver to designated places
- Product declaration, Promotional declaration: _
- Print, notarize and get signature/stamps for paperwork
- Deliver required documents to Regulatory Affairs for Product/ Promotional declaration

**3. Travel and logistics arrangement for team members and goods domestically and internationally**
- Receive and dispatch office correspondence (mails, product samples, etc.)
- Arrange logistics for office events and business trips: transportation booking, hotel

booking, stationary, catering services, collecting bills/receipt for claims

**4. Budget management** Upload scheme, keep track spending

**5. Office management**
- Order office supplies to ensure smooth running of the office
- Receive, dispatch, and store paperwork, office correspondence and product samples

**SALARY**:10.5-11.5 vnd/month

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Detail-oriented, honest, and hardworking
- Proactive in connecting with partners (Vietnamese and foreigners) to clarify/follow up to

get tasks done
- Proficient English skills
- Willing to learn about Marketing
- Good at project management skill
