**A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:
In this role, the Admin Intern will support our Client Solution Department with a special project and join the first step of a professional working team. Our goal is to foster the growth of initiative-taking, talented individuals that would like to join us as repeat interns. We seek young talent that willing to work at the office, on site office hours from Monday through Friday.

**B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASK**:

- Manage all the Project documentation and related legal papers, track and implement the renewal /liquidation...etc related to the project
- Creates presentations, outreach, and marketing materials and assists with logístical planning efforts for campaign meetings and events.
- Develops and maintains departmental systems, databases, records, and documentation; completes, types, copies, enters and/or files standardized documents; and informs supervisor of policy and procedural activities.
- Acts as liaison with other business units, departments, community stakeholders, and agencies to gather, analyze, and disseminate information.
- Plans, sets up, attends and acts as administrative support at meetings.
- Control task related to other exchanges and signings of KOL and companies.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

**C, REQUIREMENT**:

- Diploma/Degree in the relevant scope of work.
- Passion for working in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Entertainment company.
- Good at communication and negotiation skills.
- Have the ability on project management, organization, and time management.
- Can-do attitude, responsible and able to work multitask and under pressure, able to do physical activities when needed.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive; as well as the capacity to efficiently learn about new technology.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese

- Have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
- Possess excellent communication, influencing skills, planning & organization, negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other database management systems.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication.
- Business-minded with good observation and assessment skills.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to think fast.
- Ability to conduct independent research and analysis.
