**Job summary**:
In the highest position of the enterprise, the general director has a decisive role in the situation of the enterprise. The GD is responsible for managing and supervising all activities of employees, departmental leaders, directly directing and meeting with important partners of the enterprise.

- Team Building for Growth: Build and nurture a sustainable team capable of supporting the growth objectives. This involves recruiting, training, and developing a team that can drive business success.
- Profit and Loss Management: Manage the P&L ensuring that financial objectives and targets are met.
- Make a business and marketing plan.
- Orient the organization, build and develop sales channels for the Company.
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors to plan and develop standards for each sales channel.
- Establish and maintain internal and external relations related to the business activities of the Company in order to create favorable conditions for business activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each sales channel.
- Direct and supervise the development of long
- and short-term marketing plans and objectives; periodically evaluate marketing channels for products and services of the Company.
- Direct the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote the Company's brand in the market.
- Periodically evaluate and adjust marketing plans and activities.
- Employee management, talent development to ensure the best results are achieved.
- Run and manage the team to achieve the best efficiency in business strategy.
- Motivate and motivate the performance of each individual in the team. Improve the capacity of each member to bring the best working efficiency.
- Appointment, dismissal, dismissal or transfer of employees in the company (except for positions outside the jurisdiction in charge).
- Develop long-term and short-term personnel and human resource plans; directly participate in recruiting personnel for the company.
- Develop salary and reward mechanisms in line with the Company's strategy and goals.

- Directly plan, administer and report business results of the Company to the Board of Directors.
- Advising on development strategies, key plans, forecasts or long-term vision of the business for the field in which the business is pursuing.

- Based on the above tasks and the objectives that the Board of Directors and Shareholders have, a detailed daily and weekly task sheet, process and working instructions will be developed.
- Evaluate the performance of departments.
