Pre-sales Executive

Overview:
We’re seeking a Pre-sales Executive to maintain current relationships and actively seek out new ones with prospective clients in response to business development needs. This role will operate within the Professional Services Business Unit under the Client Relations Manager and is based out of Vietnam.

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct ongoing assessment & analysis of existing customer-facing documents, such as proposals and presentations, as well as creating new ones as needed.
- Support the pre-sales process by providing technical acumen and direction where necessary using your understanding of customers’ needs.
- Use this understanding to design, develop, and implement appropriate solutions according to technical teams’ capability.
- Maintain an active understanding of customer business goals and analyze potential risks associated with proposed solutions.
- Translate and explain business needs to the technical team in order to determine the cost and timeline for the proposed solution.
- Create solution suggestions alongside and navigate potential shortcomings with customer representatives.
- Foster and nurture relationships with existing customers and proactively seek new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, ideally in the IT industry
- Practical understanding of software development generally and web and mobile app development specifically
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Team
- Deep understanding of various software products
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills as well as professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability for time management and project management
