- 'Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện và phối hợp với bộ phận chức năng thuộc đơn vị phụ trách, các Vùng và các bộ phận liên quan trong việc xây dựng chỉ tiêu kinh doanh, quản lý, theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả bán hàng của đội ngũ bán hàng, hỗ trợ bán hàng thuộc Khối Kinh doanh

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

- Tham gia vào quá trình hỗ trợ các mảng chức năng về lập kế hoạch kinh doanh hàng năm bao gồm cả doanh thu/chi phí/lợi nhuận.
- Xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu tự động hóa để hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch kinh doanh and chuẩn bị ngân sách.
- Xây dựng mô hình dự báo và định kỳ làm việc với các bộ phận chức năng có liên quan để dự báo hoạt động kinh doanh theo từng thời kỳ, gồm cả doanh thu và chi phí.
- Xây dựng hệ thống các báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất, bao gồm các phân tích để chỉ rõ điểm mạnh, điểm yếu,phân tích lợi ích kinh doanh trên các khía cạnh khác nhau, tư vấn giúp các bộ phận thuộc khối kinh doanh có thể ra các quyết định kinh doanh hiệu quả.
- Quản trị hiệu quả doanh thu/chi phí/ lợi n uận theo các mặt cắt (theo sản phẩm, theo vùng, theo ngành, theo khách hàng ).
- Xây dựng và triển khai các qui trình, qui định, mẫu biểu đánh giá, báo cáo phân tích hiệu quả hoạt động của các đơn vị, khu vực, vùng, Khối theo tháng, quý, năm.
- Xây dựng và cung cấp báo cáo theo yêu cầu của HĐQT, Khối Kinh doanh, để theo dõi hoạt động của các khối Kinh doanh, các đơn vị, Vùng, Khu Vực,
- Tham gia xây dựng việc lập kế hoạch kinh doanh (saleplan) của Khối Kinh doanh, đơn vị, khu vực, vùng, theo định kỳ, đông thời xây dựng và phát triển các hệ thống theo dõi doanh số của lực lượng bán hàng.
- Tính toán và đo lường hiệu quả của các chương trình và các dự án triển khai
- TÍnh toán và cung cấp kết quả đánh giá thực hiện KRA/ KPIs của đơn vị KD
- Quản lý, lưu trữ, sắp xếp dữ liệu của các đơn vị kinh doanh; xử lý và cung cấp báo cáo kịp thời khi có yêu cầu
- Thực hiện các công việc khác có liên quan theo yêu cầu của Trưởng nhóm, Giám đốc đơn vị

- Phải tốt nghiệp đại học bất kỳ khóa học nào về Thống kê, Toán học, Kinh doanh hoặc liên quan. Ưu tiên ứng viên có trình độ sau đại học và ứng viên có bằng cử nhân, thạc sĩ ở nước ngoài
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực liên quan cho vị trí này
- Kiến thức tốt về công nghệ thông tin, kiến thức cơ bản về tài chính ngân hàng
