- Công việc chuyên môn:

- Quản lý toàn bộ hệ thống các kênh bán hàng trực tuyến trên sàn TMĐT hiện tại của Công ty.
- Lập kế hoạch và đổi mới nhằm tối ưu hoá tỷ lệ chuyển đổi, gia tăng các đơn hàng trực tuyến.
- Đẩy mạnh và phát triển thêm các kênh TMĐT (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok) để thúc đẩy doanh số trực tuyến.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận trong phòng Marketing để quản lý hình ảnh, nội dung, trưng bày sản phẩm đảm bảo dịch vụ cung ứng.
- Kiểm tra và hỗ trợ thực hiện các yêu cầu về các vấn đề Ecommerce.
- Theo dõi đơn hàng và phối hợp cùng các bộ phận khác để xử lý sự cố nếu có.
- Theo dõi & luân chuyển hàng hóa để đáp ứng đủ hàng hóa cho các chiến dịch lớn của công ty.
- Báo cáo kết quả hoạt động theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
- Quản lý đội nhóm
- Quản lý các nhân sự thuộc bộ phận Ecommerce đang đảm nhiệm các công việc phục vụ cho sự phát triển công ty.
- Phân công công việc, nhiệm vụ cho các nhân sự liên quan đến hoạt động Ecommerce của doanh nghiệp.
- Giám sát quá trình thực hiện công việc của nhân sự, tạo động lực để đội ngũ nhân sự có thể làm việc hiệu quả hơn.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tối thiểu 2 năm tại các vị trí Leader Ecom hoặc vị trí tương đương;
- Độ tuổi: năm sinh từ 1992 -1998;
- Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành hàng Health & Beauty là lợi thế;
- Có hiểu biết và quan tâm nghiên cứu về công nghệ trong lĩnh vực thương mại và các xu hướng bán hàng online mới trên các nền tảng TMĐT.
- Tư duy logic, tư duy chiến lược tốt. Có khả năng phân tích và nhạy bén với những cơ hội của thị trường.
- Có kỹ năng về hoạch định và lập kế hoạch chi tiết để triển khai công việc;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, kỹ năng quản lý, chỉ đạo, điều hành và kiểm soát công việc;
- Có laptop cá nhân;
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học khối ngành TMĐT, kinh tế, thống kê, quản trị kinh doanh, marketing...
