1. Công việc chuyên môn:

- Quản lý toàn bộ hệ thống các kênh bán hàng trực tuyến trên sàn TMĐT hiện tại của Công ty.
- Lập kế hoạch và đổi mới nhằm tối ưu hoá tỷ lệ chuyển đổi, gia tăng các đơn hàng trực tuyến.
- Đẩy mạnh và phát triển kênh Shopee/Lazada/TikTok để thúc đẩy doanh số trực tuyến.
- Kiểm tra và hỗ trợ thực hiện các yêu cầu về các vấn đề Ecommerce Shopee.
- Theo dõi đơn hàng và phối hợp cùng các bộ phận khác để xử lý sự cố nếu có.
- Theo dõi & luân chuyển hàng hóa để đáp ứng đủ hàng hóa cho các chiến dịch lớn của công ty.
- Báo cáo kết quả hoạt động theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

2. Quản lý độinhóm:

- Quản lý các nhân sự thuộc bộ phận Ecommerce Shopee đang đảm nhiệm các công việc phục vụ cho sự phát triển công ty.
- Phân công công việc, nhiệm vụ cho các nhân sự liên quan đến hoạt động Ecommerce Shopee của doanh nghiệp.
- Giám sát quá trình thực hiện công việc của nhân sự, tạo động lực để đội ngũ nhân sự có thể làm việc hiệu quả hơn.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức Lương: 15-20 triệu ( thỏa thuận theo năng lực)
- Bao cơm trưa.
- Ngày lễ, tết hưởng lương theo quy định Chế độ thưởng. Chế độ bảo hiểm đầy đủ theo quy định của pháp luật.
- Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, năng động và tập trung phát triển con người.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Nữ: 25-35; Giao tiếp thành thạo tiếng Hàn
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh doanh, Marketing hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có ít nhất 1-2 năm tại vị trí Leader Ecom hoặc vị trí tương đương.
- Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về các kênh bán hàng trực tuyến và xu hướng thị trường; có khả năng phân tích thị trường.
- Chủ động, sáng tạo, khả năng chịu áp lực công việc cao, tinh thần trách nhiệm và tận tâm với công việc.
